The Drom automotive website conducted an all-Russian anonymous survey and found out that 4% of motorists in the Kamchatka Territory bought their rights, reports RAI “KAMCHATKA-INFORM”
On average across the country, almost every tenth driver (9%) admitted that he had purchased his license.
Drivers in the Kamchatka Territory also reported how they managed to pass the practical driving test: 62% did it on the first try, 25% on the second, 4% on the third, and 4% on the fourth or more attempts. 2% of respondents in the region did not pass or have not yet passed the practical exam in the traffic police.
Most of the motorists who bought the rights now drive on the roads of Moscow and St. Petersburg – about 14%. In Khakassia, Yakutia and the Kamchatka Territory, there are fewer such drivers. About 4% of motorists in these regions answered that they bought their driver’s license.
The all-Russian survey was conducted from June 6 to June 14, 2022 among users of the Drom website. It was attended by 13.6 thousand people.
