Anime Preview: the Prince of Tennis and much more

The official 3DCG anime movie site Ryōma! Shinsei Geki jōban Tennis no Ōji-sama (Ryōma! Rebirth: The Prince of Tennis Movie) released a one-minute trailer, revealing the theme song “Sekai o Teki ni Mawashitemo “ of TeniPuri All Stars, the unit formed by the main voice actors of the anime. The video also reveals dance sequences and a tennis match.

The completely original story of the film takes place in the three months between the manga series finale The Prince of Tennis and the beginning of the manga series The New Prince of Tennis.

The film will debut in Japan on September 3. The feature film will go to the cinema in two versions, where some scenes will be different to follow two parallel lines of the story: “Decide”, will focus on the Seigaku team captain, Kunimitsu Tezuka, and on the Rikkai team captain, Seiichi Yukimura; “Gloria”, on the other hand, will be on the captain of the Hyōtei team, Keigo Atobe, and on the captain of the Shitenhōji team, Kuranosuke Shiraishi.

Takeshi Konomi serialized the manga The Prince of Tennis in the magazine Shonen Jump of Shueisha from 1999 to 2008. The work inspired several anime and non-anime adaptations; the manga was published in Italy by Planet Manga.

The animation studio Sunrise Beyond (ex Xebec) and the company Bandai Spirits announced new staff members and the start date of the collaborative project Kyōkai Senki.
The anime will debut in Japan on October 4th on TV Tokyo, ma from 6 October the episodes will be uploaded on the Youtube channel of Bandai Spirits, where, among other things, an 11-minute preview of the first episode is available.

The story is set in 2061, Japan is occupied by several states. The world, including Japan itself, is divided into four distinct economic blocs and the entire archipelago is at the forefront of international conflicts. The Japanese people are in a state of constant oppression, the streets of the country are patrolled by humanoid war machines called AMAIM. Amō Shiiba, an introverted young boy, meets the AI ​​Gai and manages to get his hands on AMAIM Kenbu, starting his adventure to restore independence to Japan.

Toei released the trailer for the two films Eiga Oshiri Tantei: Sufure-tou no Himitsu e Shinkai no Survival. Both are part of the project Toei Manga Matsuri omnibus and along with the trailer, new cast characters were announced and a new visual unveiled.

Eiga Oshiri Tantei: Sufū re-to no Himitsu is the new chapter of the franchise related to Oshiri Tantei; this time the story is set on an island with steep cliffs and where its inhabitants take advantage of the wind by flying in the sky to get around.
Shinkai no Survival! is the adaptation of the homonymous volume of the manga series Kagaku Manga Survival. The series tells the story of some kids who live exciting science-themed adventures.
The previous film had the human body as its theme, while this one will be set in the depths of the sea.

In the video there is the theme song “Itsudatte Survival!”, sung by Yuiko Ōhara with Satsumi Matsuda e Megumi Han, respectively Geo and Pipi di Shinkai no Survival.

Eiga Oshiri Tantei

Toei Manga Matsuri was a film broadcast in theaters that lasted between 1969 and 1990, during long hiatus periods such as the Japanese summer and winter holidays. Over the years, anime, live action and other films have been screened as well as some classics Disney. After 29 years Toei relaunched the project in April 2019. This year the start is expected for 13 August.

Takashi Iitsuka directs the anime with the screenplay of Kunihito Mukōda and the music of Isao Yoshida; the GC is by pH Studio e ROBOT produces the project.
