In a full-bodied press release, which we leave you below, Blizzard has announced all the details on the 2021 edition of the BlizzCon convention, which will be entirely online and can be followed by all users.

Here is all the useful information.

The champions of Azeroth, the defenders of Sanctuary and the Koprulu sector, and the heroes of Overwatch and the Nexus are invited to virtually celebrate the community, creativity, 30 years of Blizzard gaming and the epic adventures that are yet to come to BlizzConline, the 19 and 20 February on BlizzCon.com. Everyone can participate, because the show will be completely FREE.

BlizzConline is a digital event of the community and all that is Blizzard, offering players from around the globe the ability to connect to an online world when circumstances prevent us from meeting in the real world. For two consecutive days, on six different channels, Blizzard developers will share the latest game news, while cosplayers, artists and makeshift Murlocs will be able to showcase their skills at events such as the Community Showcase. In addition, Blizzard’s 30th anniversary marks February, and players around the world will have the chance to celebrate three decades of epic games and universes together, getting a preview of what the future holds for them, their friends, guildmates and allies.

“We can’t let too much time go by without staying in touch with our community, in true BlizzCon style, and this show is meant to be an opportunity to reunite with our friends around the world and celebrate the bonds and experiences we share through games, ”said J. Allen Brack, president of Blizzard Entertainment. “We are also delighted to be able to share the latest updates on our teams’ work with players. While it may not be the usual BlizzCon format, the fully online format is a unique opportunity to freshen up the show and create one specifically for the community watching from home. “

The first day of BlizzConline will begin at 11pm CET on Friday, February 19, with an opening ceremony that will include a first look at some of the latest game content in development. Then, for the next three hours, players will be able to choose one of six different themed channels that delve into the games they are most interested in.

The second day will start at 21:00 CET on Saturday 20 February, again on different channels, until the grand finale in the late afternoon. During this second day, Blizzard will answer questions from fans in a Q&A session and put the spotlight on players in the global community, including the winners and the most interesting participants in cosplay performances in the Community Showcase and in the film, talent and various arts.

Players who cannot watch live events will be able to watch them again (always free) in the BlizzConline video archives. A detailed calendar of events will be announced in the weeks immediately preceding the show.

In addition to the anniversary celebrations that will take place before and during BlizzConline, a number of commemorative in-game content will be on sale starting today, allowing players to make this occasion epic in their favorite games during BlizzConline and beyond. Players can choose one of three Celebration Collection in the Blizzard shop on Battle.net®:
