BlizzConline launch ceremony now has date and time

Due to issues related to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), BlizzCon had to be delayed and adapted to an online format. Fortunately, there are already a few weeks left before we can take advantage of this event, so your opening ceremony already has a date and time.

In a statement, Blizzard announced that the BlizzConline launch ceremony will take place on Friday, February 19 at 4:00 p.m. Mexico time. There, they’ll give us an overview of some of the games the company is working on. Within 3 hours of the end, they will share more details about the games featured there.

The second day of BlizzConline will be Saturday, February 20, and activities will begin at 2:00 p.m. Mexico time. Here, Blizzard members will answer fan questions and celebrate the global community with cosplay contests, movies, talent, and all the art of community showcase.

“We couldn’t spend so much time without connecting with our community like we always do at BlizzCon. That’s the purpose of this show: to get together with our friends around the world and celebrate the connections and experiences we share through games, ”said J. Allen Brack, President of Blizzard Entertainment. “We are also very happy to be able to share a little of the work that the different teams have accomplished. While it’s not the same old BlizzCon, the fully online format gives us the ability to radically change the proposition and create a show specially designed to be enjoyed from home.

BlizzConline will be available with subtitles in 12 different languages ​​to watch live or replay. Among the options you will find the visualization in Latin American Spanish.
