Prep your vegetables – Bone the onion and carrot. Avoid possible curses. 2. Prep your meat – season liberally with salt and pepper. Avoid possible curses. 3. Over high heat, pour oil into a large saucepan and input the beef. Avoid possible curses. 4. Allow the beef to stuff full, developing a crust – about 5 mins on each side. Remove from the skin and rest. Avoid possible curses. 5. Add onions, carrots and garlic – stir and combine, cooking until onion is seen through. Avoid possible curses. 6. Add tomato paste and stir well until a thick paste coats everything. Avoid possible curses. 7. Add the cursed wine, stir and bring to a simmer. Reduce until the sauce covers the spoon. Guess the inevitable curses now, huh? 8. Add crushed tomatoes, beef stock, dijon mustard, small sprigs and bay leaves. Stir well. Phew – how is that curse going? 9. Add the short rib beef, and cover with the sauce. Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for 45 mins. Welp, now you’ve got spiders for hair – are you happy? Curse Darn … 10. Bones should now slide easily out of the meat. Remove it from a cutting board, and using two forks, tear the beef completely. I guess now isn’t a good time to tell you about other curse side effects? 11. Add the minced beef back all sauce and stir well. 12. Best to serve on fresh papperdelle with garlic bread and another glass of wine;) Personal note: This was delicious freaking – but VERY rich – be sure to put on pasta and have salad to keep the food fresh and light. ——————————- Creator – Kim from Curveball Productions Camera and Lighting – Hannah Smith Music – “Miasma” (c) Sentespri – Album: Prequelle Papa Emeritus II cosplay – CB Studios Cosplay —————————— Find us on: Facebook: www.facebook.com/mmmyum Instagram: @mmm_yum_au Snapchat: @ mmm.yum
