Cowboy Bebop owes a big comeback.
The composer of the Netflix live-action Cowboy Bebop series will be Yoko Kanno, who was also responsible for the anime music, so at least one aspect of the series is sure to be okay. Tomorrow Studios is working on the project with ITV Studios in the UK, and the pilot’s screenplay was written by Chris Yost, who also recorded Thor: Dark World, as well as the third part of the series, Ragnarök.
Coyboy Bebop stars John Cho, who can play the character of Spike Spiegel. Mustafa Shakir will be Jet Black, Daniella Pineda can play Faye Valentine and Alex Hassell can play Vicious. The premiere will take place sometime in the fall. The reason for the slip is that work stopped in October 2019 because Cho was injured during filming and had a recovery time of 7-9 months.
