Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13: Harlem Rock – This festival is the oldest in Katwijk. It was founded in 1985 by the Katwijk musicians. We are very curious about the tribute bands to Bryan Adams and Rammstein as well as the Dirtbag band. Who will you enjoy herrings and beer with at this fun beach festival? Friday, July 12: If you don’t want to miss anything on the coast this weekend, take a day off Leisure Festival Located on the Boekhorsterweg in Noordwijkerhout. The bands vary from Afrobeats to pop-punk. You can park for free in the Brink car park. (12:00 | Free)

Thursday 1 to Sunday 4 August: Castle Festival – Who doesn’t know? The beautiful fantasy festival in Lisse. Viking bands, folk, Celtic music, book presentations, workshops, lectures, role play, everyone dressed up as their favorite historical/fantasy character and well-known markets. You will undoubtedly go home with new discoveries, full bellies and great memories! (Tickets available on Fridays and Sundays, €36.00 for adults)

Sunday, August 13: metropolis Exodus Big name from junk metalScenes to the Nobel Prize. Mosh and these guys from the Bay Area. (18:00 | 25 EUR)

Wednesday, August 28: Hendrick Festival exist Alphen aan den Rijn – Bar owner Mike has been successfully organizing fun parties for the residents of Alphen (and others) for many years. Mike also plays in the band No Harm. (2:00 pm | Free)
