Mendotaku returns to the Culture Ship

The best of anime, manga, cosplay, k-pop and Asian culture returns to the Mendoza City con Mendotaku. This well-known meeting will take place on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 October in the complex of Nave Culturalon schedule from 13 to 21.

Two main scenarios: with presentations and shows simultaneously.

Artists’ Alley: illustrators, cartoonists and caricaturists will exhibit their work on both days of the event.

Cosplay: from Uruguay the cosplayer and cosmaker will be presented for the first time Andres Maurer. They will also be from Buenos Aires, Valentina Creeps y Dan; from Tucuman Euge Cosplay; and from Mendoza, the famous streamer Julieta Allegretti.

Illustration: the illustrator Ana Oly, known for its animated comics “Fracasitos”, will be participating in the Artists’ Alley. Dubbing: the voice actors Gerardo Reyes (voice of Frieza) and Mario Castaneda (voice of Goku) will perform together in a show where their characters will face off in an epic voice battle. Both have a great career in this world, playing characters in series such as Dragon Ball, Knights of the Zodiac, Futurama, The House of Drawings and many more. They will be presented on Sunday 9.

Canto: Salome Anjari y Simone, prominent Chilean singers interpreting music related to Japanese animation, will be on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. They are well known for their classic anime openings and both have a long history of national and international presentations.

Music: Chelotaku, a famous string duo that performs songs from video games, anime, movies, series and K-pop, will offer a proposal to the delight of anime fans. It will be presented both days of the event.

Bands: Fullmecha is a band that was formed in the middle of 2017 with the idea of ​​versioning the openings and endings of anime series with a more metal imprint. They range from the classics known in childhood/adolescence to those enjoyed today.
