We see ourselves as a safe space where the actors can express themselves freely without worrying about harassment or misconduct. We know that the world of role-playing communities is related to many positive aspects, but it can also bring challenges and risks. We therefore have committed to taking a clear attitude towards all people, organizations or projects that may endanger the trust and safety of our members.

A particularly sensitive area is photographers and all those who are related to photography or take pictures in a role-playing environment. Unfortunately, there are always photographers who pursue inappropriate intentions and exploit role-players. From unprofessional behavior to more serious, disrespectful and even harmful behavior. This behavior does not tolerate us. We explicitly go beyond the limits of decent and professionalism in any way with photographers or everyone else.

Our community depends on respect and mutual trust, and we do not allow this trust to be abused. Therefore, we have a very clear and clear policy: any person or organization that has been aroused by misconduct in the past, or anyone associated with suspicious intent, is attached to our blacklist. This affects individuals and companies associated with such practices. Our blacklist is not only a tool to avoid problems, but also a positive step in maintaining the safety and well-being of our members.

The reason why someone is blacklisted is not arbitrary. We act based on good information and occupation incidents. If it turns out that a photographer or someone else working in a role-playing area is intentionally harming a role-player, whether it is due to harassment, non-professional behavior or exploiting trust, which is due to harassment, we will immediately report on our situation and blacklist it. Our priority is to protect a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved. This also includes the consistent implementation of guidelines that we do not allow exceptions.

Another point we definitely want to emphasize is that we don’t work with anyone on the blacklist. It is also crucial for us to make sure that all the partners we work with share the same values ​​and standards. If we find that an existing partner is trapped in a suspicious or suspicious direction, we reserve the right to end that partner immediately. Such decisions are not made easily, but only if we are convinced that the protection and well-being of our community are at risk.
