We are proud to offer international shipping services which currently operate in over 200 countries and islands around the world. How do you ship the packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some places where we cannot deliver. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been dispatched. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be shipped to you and that you will be charged customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does the delivery take?
The shipping time varies by location. Here are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My follow-up indicates “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be undone.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment for the products ordered if:
- If you don’t not received the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding processing 2-5 days), you can request a refund or reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue not reimbursement if:
- Your order did not arrive for reasons beyond your control (i.e. if you provided the wrong delivery address)
- Your order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of My Blog (i.e. not cleared, delayed by natural disaster).

* You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery time (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message on Contact Us page
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
If for some reason you want to exchange your product, maybe for a different garment size. You need to contact us first and we’ll walk you through the steps.
Please do not return your purchase to us unless we authorize you to do so.
