The program of the Pendulum Festival is revealed

The 6 Fte de la Pendule, organized by the cultural center La Marchoise, will be held from Friday 12 to Sunday 15 August at the cultural centre, the village hall and the open-air theater at Verneuil lake.
It will be three intense days with exhibitions, workshops, courses, conferences, cinema, dances, entertainment, music, walks, shows, or even contests which should entertain the whole family. The small hands of employees and loyal volunteers are hard at work constructing the latest, sometimes unusual sets.

Friday August 12th at 7 p.m. will take place the inauguration of the 6 edition of the Fte de la Pendule with an aperitif in, a guinguette of games and the exhibition The stonecutter and his tools, at the cultural center. 9 p.m., projection of digitized Super 8 archive films, free access and possibility of catering upon reservation (€5). Saturday 13 August 10am, at the cultural centre, participatory workshop for the restoration of an old press; 11 a.m., talk by Mayor Franois Bock on the greening of streets. 2:45 p.m., lively family outing (place du Champ-de-Foire) and cinema by reservation (€2). 6 p.m., cinema only and 9 p.m., conference, show and humorous theaterWhy do hens prefer to be kept in cages, with Jrme Rouger, the village hall. Sunday August 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at the cultural centre, music course led by Christophe Piot from Electroplume (€35 lunch included, reservation before August 12). 11 a.m., talk with Sarah Bgoin on the differentiated management of municipal green spaces; 3 p.m., trad ball for children hosted by OYUN duo; from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., trad dance workshop for teenagers and adults with Myriam Desbancs and Agns Raoul (reservation before August 12, €15 with entry to the trad ball in the evening, €7 workshop only). 9 p.m., traditional ball hosted by Los Vironnaires and Oyun quartet.
Monday August 15 at Verneuil lake, free access from 10 a.m., market for artists, creators and craftsmen; 11am, talk with J.-J. Chevrier: 120 years of Genay water distribution and exhibition of the photo workshop. In the afternoon, Transat piano system by Jean-Luc Algourdin, interactive show in four sets (musical, instrumental, singing and storytelling). To close the festivities, 6 p.m., result of the competition, and 9 p.m., concert extinct birds by Electroplume the village hall.
