As cosplayers and fans, we're no strangers to the excitement and camaraderie of conventions like Comic-Con. However, a recent operation in San Diego has shed light on a disturbing reality: human trafficking is a very real threat in our community. In a joint effort between law enforcement agencies, 27 individuals were arrested and nine victims were rescued during a recent anti-human trafficking operation.
