How BYO Cosplay reports, attributes, and uses AI assistance responsibly.
Source-led reporting
Our coverage starts from public reporting discovered through news feeds. We summarize what is publicly reported, link back to the original source, and add cosplay craft and culture context that is clearly framed as our own analysis.
Accuracy
We do not invent facts, statistics, or quotations. When a detail cannot be verified from the source, we leave it out. Numbers and quotes are used only as they appear in the original reporting.
AI assistance
We use AI tools to help draft and structure articles, but editorial judgment and sourcing rules govern what we publish. AI-generated build concepts in our Studio are original and never claim endorsement by any real person or brand.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Email the article link and the correction through our contact page and we'll review and update as needed.
Attribution and fair use
We respect the work of original publishers. We quote sparingly, summarize in our own words, and always link to the source so readers can read the full report.
Advertising independence
